Toolmaking

For the production of high-quality spring solutions, stamped-bent parts, turned parts and plastic parts, we develop project-specific tools that are manufactured with maximum precision at our in-house toolmaking facilities. 

Design of project-specific tools

We use CAD software to create the drawings and assemblies for your customer-specific tools.

The tools are then made by our toolmakers on the basis of the drawings.

All toolmaking locations within the group work closely together in our global toolmaking network, so their know-how and experience in the various technologies is available at each location.

We use common CAD software to design our tools, and globally coordinated processing technology with the associated programming systems to build them, which means that we are also able to take on projects from the KERN-LIEBERS group in the toolmaking network.
