Ultra-fine wires as round wire and flat wire
The finer the wire, the greater the advantage of our experience in this area, allowing us to manufacture ultra-fine wires that are considerably thinner than a human hair and that are barely visible to the eye, and with tolerances that cannot be measured with normal measuring instruments.
We manufacture ultra-fine wires in the smallest dimensions, individually in small and large quantities, and in some cases using drawing and rolling machines that we have developed and built in-house.
Our ultra-fine wires at a glance
- Round wire dimensions: From ø 0.01 ±0,0005 – 1.5 ±0.005 mm
- Flat wire dimensions: Strip thickness from 0.002 ±0.0001 – 0.05 ±0.0005 mm
Strip width from 0.01 ±0.001 – 0.5 ±0.005 mm

- CuSn2 / CuSn4 / CuSn6 / CuSn8 / CuBe2 / CuAg – all also available gold or silver plated
- Niro / Nivaflex / Nispan C / Nivacron / Nivarox / Duratherm / HERA 648
- Argodur / AuNi80/20 / AgCu 925 / Au 99,99 / AuAgCu / PtNi 90/10 / PtIr 70/30 / fine silver
